The concept of cheap (almost free) design expectations have not gone extinct. We often get approached by folks to design cheap logos, websites and apps at our design firm, Sparklin. Sometimes, the expectations go as far as to expect free design! A couple of years ago, we had blogged about the concept of $10 logo. As a UX designer, I’m aware of the challenges faced with the current generation of consumer centric web (or mobile) products. And when the product has to do with Travel, it’s easy to imagine an overboost of information at each step and screen. The rethought Virgin America website as a clean & focussed web app is unique and worth copying!
